I loved to be here, everything was perfect. Courteous and polite staff with manager or hotel staff member.

The hotel was relaxing, and I liked enthusiastic staff and updated room. The restaurant was amazing with the food at the Hibachi restaurant here, I had hot dishes.

I had a relaxing 4 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with plenty of food.

This hotel was useful base for exploring Tulum, liked it and venue’s welcoming staff who appeared to be a manager. The breakfast was rich and there was plenty of outstanding food. The location was central, really close to Tulum, the ocean. There was an authentic restaurant nearby. Everything was simply excellent.

I visited Tulum for one night and had a memorable experience at this hotel. The room was luxurious and fantastic, liked it.

Atmosphere and food are wonderful, I liked comfortable bed. Overall fun stay for wonderful holidays.

Clean, fabulous hotel, there was a warm reception. Our queen room was with 2 beds and we loved it. The staff where exceptional and accommodating and the location was favourable next to the downtown.

Fairly clean hotel, varied breakfast, the location is perfect near Tulum, the ruins and the Cancun-Tulum highway. Lots of options for breakfast in the patio. Best staff with the manager and good Wi-Fi.

Immaculate rooms, muffins, hot waffles, pastries, yogurt and scrambled eggs in the morning, fresh food. The contemporary atmosphere and the supportive staff. Chic style hotel with brand new furniture in the rooms. Marina area, remote location.

Beautiful location, funny personnel and a room with exceptionally comfortable beds. There was an amazing bar and excellent food at the à la carte restaurant. Beautiful garden and great pool.

We had a such great experience. The staff was informative, the continental breakfast was incredible and the room was airy. Historic location right on the beach. Sports bar was fantastic and neat.

I liked that the hotel was huge and stunningly beautiful. The staff was energetic, hard-working, and responded promptly to requests. Good food in the à la carte restaurant was the best part. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the pool bar.

Everything was pleasant, the room was top-notch, the location was the best. We got freshly cooked breakfast for every meal. Tropical beach was located adjacent to the venue.

The hotel was proper, but I stayed for 4 nights only. This property was overall clean and big. I got free upgrade and liked it. Staff were more than helpful, thorough people. The indoor pool of the hotel was clean. Alcoholic beers and wines in the poolside bar, good parking place.

Staff was exceptionally professional, pool area was lovely, and breakfast was complimentary. Marvelous room, amazing beds, luxury bathroom. Booked it for 9 days and had a very peaceful experience.

Lovely location, genuinely friendly staff and unique rooms, strong wi-fi. Breakfast was savoury, lots of perfect eggs, sausages, hot waffles and pastries. The excellent service was provided in this well-kept hotel. In addition, parking was outside and it was very convenient.

With the help of the excellant stuff, we had a good stay. There was a continental breakfast, it included pastries, scrambled eggs, hot waffles, sausages and yogurt. The indoor swimming pool and oyster bar where nice too.

It was spotless clean and absolutely lovely place, had second to none staff and food. I had room with smoke detectors for safety measures. Lovely lobby. This hotel met needs in every way, would recomand.

Wonderfully comfortable bed and REALLY LOVELY location. It was also rocky close to shore. The room was so comfy and very luxurious, the bathroom was stylish. Incredibly kind staff, providing superb service.

This hotel was excellent home base for exploring Tulum, truly enjoyed it. The marble-lined bathroom was the best.

Our stay there was great. We really enjoyed views and the food in this hotel, it was suitable for us. Give our respects to your chef! Nice restaurant available in the property.
